about tristen
background
Tristen grew up in the remote village of Ambler, living a subsistence lifestyle close to the traditional ways of his ancestors. As a lifelong hunter, fisherman, and outdoorsman, he has spent countless days learning firsthand wilderness and survival training in the last frontier. His family has been a part of both Ambler and it's Inupiat history for generations, and his great grandfather had a hand in the historic Gidding's Cabin and local archeological site.
